An informal consultation between your
petsitter, you & your pet! Your petsitter will need 2
keys (1 for our safe and the 2nd for petsitter's use) a signed
contract & payment for services.

| Mid-Day Walks |
While your hard at work, let your dog
have an afternoon outdoor break.We offer 20 min. walks or
backyard playtime mon-fri from 10:30-3:30 ! Doggies enjoy
playtime with their favorite toys or a leisurely walk around
the neighborhood, treats and fresh water.Your petsitter will
fill out a "report card" to let you know how your
best friend enjoyed the day!

| Vacation Visits |
Vacation visits include the following
services:
- feed pets
- fresh water
- walk dogs
- backyard playtime
- brushing/TLC time
- playtime w/ toys
- scoop litter boxes
- bring in mail/newspaper/packages
- water indoor plants
- alternate lights/blinds/tv/radio
- secure home
- fill out a daily report card/email clients
or phone in reports as to your pets progress and well being

| Additional Services |

| Key Pickup/Drop-off |
There is a $35 fee for Pampered Pooch
to pickup or drop-off a key. To avoid this fee, clients provide
2 copies of their house key at the "meet & greet".
We will retain the keys in our secure lockbox until your next
petsit booking. Clients requesting return of keys, must give
ample notice to our office: Keys will be returned within 3
business days. |

| Key Lock-Out Service |
Pampered Pooch is a Pet care company, not
a Lock-out service. If clients lock themselves out of their
homes; our company will charge a fee of $45. Fee will be collected
at the time of service. This service is dependant upon the time
of notice, as well as the Pet sitters availability. If Pampered
Pooch is able to assist a client in a lock-out situation, we
will. Note: this service is not guaranteed and upon availability
only. |

Vet & Groomer
Pickup/Drop-off |
Pampered Pooch will drive your pet to
and from the veterinarian or groomer.

Dinner & A Walk
Visit
(or any single visit) |
Working late? No problem, just give us
a call and we will provide your best friend with a walk and
dinner,and we'll even leave the lights on for you!

Any pet sitting visit that is not under
a "vacation" or "Mid-Day Walk" contract.

| Overnight Stay |
We'll stay in your home overnight with
your pets from 8pm to 8am. Service includes 2 dog walks!

| B & B Service |
Well behaved dogs may stay at a petsitter's
home and enjoy constant attention & TLC. Guest dogs must
be social, friendly, housetrained and be on Frontline or it's
equivalent.

| Cancellation
Fee
Major holidays require 2 weeks advance notice of cancellation
to avoid fee.
Non holiday visits require 72 hour advance notice of cancellation
to avoid fee.
Cancellation fee is equal to the price of one of your scheduled
visits.
Late Notice
Petsitting visits scheduled with less than 48 hours
notice will have an additional $10 per visit added to the
petsitting booking.
Late Fees
Clients with past due balances over 7 days, must pay a 5%
late fee, on top of balance due. A 5% late fee will be added
every 7 days until balance is paid in full.
Emergency or Same Day Service $40.00
Our company takes reservations and is not an "On
Call" service, however we do strive to accommodate our
clients who need services at the last minute! Thank you for
understanding our need to compensate our petsitters for their
immediate availability.

| Please note: Clients under "mid-day

Snow Policy
When county schools are CLOSED or during severe/inclement
weather:
- Clients must call Pampered Pooch
to cancel or check petsitter availability by 10:00a.m. that
morning.
- Clients requesting service on severe/inclement
snow days will be charged an additional $10 per visit.
Miscellaneous
Time consuming pet clean-up of "accidents" an
additional $25
