Mid-day Walk Policies

1. Payment
   Payment for our "Mid-day Walk Services" is due in advance of service. Clients may pay a week in advance or a month in advance. All clients who pay a month in advance will receive a FREE walk for that month. Pampered Pooch Petcare accepts two forms of payment: 1.Paypal Payments, 2.Checks mailed into our office. Please make all checks payable to Pampered Pooch Petcare, LLC. PLEASE DO NOT leave checks for your pet sitter to pick up! Our Pet Sitters will leave complimentary "pre-addressed payment envelopes", for your convenience.
2. Schedule Changes
   Clients must inform our office and your petsitter of any upcoming changes to your schedule ASAP so we may accommodate you.
3. Cancellation Procedure
   Clients must call our office by 10:00 am on that day to cancel a mid-day walk or a charge remains.
4. Visit Changes
   Inclement weather, petsitter's schedules, or holidays may require a shorter visit from time to time.
5. Choosing A Visit Time
   Clients should choose a 3-hour window for your petsitter to visit your dog that is convenient for you, your petsitter, and your dog!
6. Late Fees
   Clients with past due balances over 7 days, must pay a 5% late fee, on top of balance due. A 5% late fee will be added every 7 days until balance is paid in full.
